What is the order processing time?

We make every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. To ensure that your order is shipped on the same business day, please make sure that your payment is completed, or that your order is placed (for Cash on Delivery orders), no later than 1:00 PM (13:00 CET/CEST).

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Europe.

What are the shipping costs?

To determine the actual shipping cost for your order, we recommend adding your selected products to the shopping cart and proceeding to the shipping method selection.

The system will automatically calculate the shipping cost available from each courier based on the products in your order and the shipping information you provide, including the destination region.

All applicable shipping-related charges are combined into a single final shipping fee, which will be displayed during the shipping method selection.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and VAT (where applicable) are not included in the shipping charges described above. More information can be found below.

Customs Duties and Taxes

European Union

For shipments delivered within the European Union, customs duties are generally not charged due to the EU Customs Union, which allows the free movement of goods between Member States.

VAT is already included in the product prices.

There may be exceptions for certain high-value products; however, in general, orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to additional customs charges.

Countries Outside the European Union

For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, customs duties and import VAT may be charged upon delivery.

Whether these charges apply often depends on the value stated on the commercial invoice.

As our products are sold at net prices (excluding VAT), the customs authorities in your country will determine the applicable customs duties and VAT in accordance with local laws and regulations.

Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate the total amount of these charges due to the differences in customs and tax regulations between countries.

To estimate these costs, please contact your local customs and tax authorities and provide them with the Proforma Invoice, which becomes available after your order has been placed.

During the delivery process, our logistics partner will inform you if your local customs authority requires payment of customs duties or taxes and will provide instructions on how these charges should be paid.

Please note that the courier company is not the recipient of customs duties or taxes. The courier only facilitates payment to the relevant customs authority.

Failure to comply with customs requirements may result in delays in delivery, the return of your shipment to us, and the possibility of an additional shipping charge if the shipment must be resent.

What is the delivery time?

International deliveries (outside Poland)

Delivery times depend on the shipping service selected.

DHL Express

As an air courier service, DHL Express generally offers the fastest delivery times.

DPD and UPS

DPD and UPS provide road transportation services available within Europe only and generally require more time than air courier services.

Please note: The estimated delivery time will be displayed after you select your preferred shipping method.

Please be aware that the actual delivery time also depends on the successful completion of all required customs formalities. These may include providing product descriptions and, where applicable, paying customs duties and import VAT.

We recommend monitoring notifications sent by the courier via SMS and/or email to stay informed about your shipment.

Deliveries within Poland

Orders shipped within Poland are usually delivered on the next business day after dispatch.
